The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce Welcomes Carlie Floyd as New Director of Operations

The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the return of Carlie Floyd as our new Director of Operations. Carlie, who is no stranger to the Chamber’s mission, brings with her a wealth of experience and a passion for driving growth in the region. 

Energetic, outgoing, and deeply dedicated, Carlie's vibrant personality and leadership style are a perfect fit for the Chamber’s mission of collaboration and community development. With her experience and deep connection to Harrisonburg and Rockingham County, she is ready to make an impact in her new role.

Outside of the office, Carlie enjoys life on her farm in Timberville, where she embraces the rural charm of the Shenandoah Valley. Her love for the region runs deep, and her passion for supporting the local economy is evident both in her professional and personal life.
