Details: The Executive Director position offers 25 hours/week with potential for additional hours (up to full-time) dependent upon candidate preference and skillset. Flexible schedule with required availability some weekends and evenings. Salary and FTE are negotiable, based on experience.

- Implement and monitor the mission of Bridge of Hope Harrisonburg Rockingham as directed through the policies and goals of the Board.
- Cultivate relationships with current and potential Bridge of Hope Harrisonburg Rockingham donors through contacts with churches, businesses, community organizations and individuals.
- Present Bridge of Hope’s program to churches and community organizations through displays and public speaking opportunities to promote the organization and recruit volunteers.
- Supervise administrative and program staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as organizational management, health and social services, or social work.
- Experience required (five years minimum) working with non-profit organizations and/or health and social services.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and marketing skills, including written, oral, and social media.
- Active in a Christian faith community, such as a congregation, small group, or house church, with an understanding of and commitment to the mission of Bridge of Hope Harrisonburg-Rockingham:

- Possession of a valid driver’s license and availability of a vehicle.
