The Arc of Harrisonburg and Rockingham is holding open house interviews on August 10th & 24th from 1-5 PM at the Lucy F. Simms Continuing Education Center for our Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions.
DSPs are the backbone of our work and play a critical role in creating inclusive opportunities for those in our area with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Come learn about our mission and workplace culture, ask questions, learn about benefits, meet our leadership team, and get a tour of our headquarters.
Open positions include full-time and part-time options with potential for internal advancement. All positions start at $15 hourly. Scheduling is flexible! Want to work M-F only during the day? No worries. Do you need to pick up your kids after school and can only do weeknights after 4 PM? No problem! Want a part-time job for weekends only? We can do that too!
If available, please bring a printed copy of your resume and available schedule. Our office is located on the bottom floor of the Lucy F.
