  • A 10 minute chair or table massage focused on an area of your choice  
     

  • Guided self massage/care using simple techniques/tools in our wellness area
     

  • 15-20 minute NADA Acudetox treatment

    • 5 ear acupuncture points to soothe the sympathetic nervous system, regulate the main channels of energy, support major organ function, quell fight/flight response and calm your Spirit
