Culture is a “way of life” for a group of people. Within a business, this way of life is accepted, without much thought, and is passed along from person to person through communication and imitation. Every organization has its own uniqueness and understanding this is critically important for a leader. All employees play a role in setting the foundation for workplace culture.
With competition for talent at an all-time high, every organization is aiming to create the best experience for employees.
Many leaders believe they are doing a good job until they hear otherwise in exit interviews. Be proactive. What can you do today, to make a positive impact on your workplace culture?
