Safety Leadership – It’s NOT All About OSHA
Years of attention by many professionals across multiple disciplines (Government, EH&S, Human Resources, Engineering, Nursing, etc.) have still left many of us feeling that goals of achieving no lost time hours and zero injuries is challenging and elusive in our organizations. Don’t settle for mediocre safety performance – let’s raise the bar by implementing good leadership skills that will empower and equip your workforce for better results.
Come and learn how to recognize the human element and address it effectively using best leadership practices.
