A Gala Event Benefiting SECOND HOME coming up May 4!
The Harrisonburg-Massanutten Rotary Club is laying out the red carpet, or in this case, the Red Roses, for its inaugural event benefiting a local charity. Talk Derby To Me, being held on Saturday, May 4th at the Spotswood Country Club from 4:00-8:00 pm will benefit Second Home. Come and support this fun, exciting event, which will combine the thrill of the Kentucky Derby along with a live band, DJ, games, contests, good food and an upscale atmosphere.
Tickets are $50 per person which includes two drinks and heavy hor’douerves. Live music by Kelly May Brown will keep your toes a tappin’! There will be a contest for the best-dressed male and female attendees – that means it is time to break out that fascinator, ladies, or your best swag, gentlemen! Opportunity to stake your guess on the outcome of the race will also be made available.
