Rocco Forum on Philanthropy 2024 and Excellence in Nonprofit Leadership workshop presented by Nathan Chappell and Brian Crimmins

Our keynote speakers are Nathan Chappell, MBA, MNA, CFRE, Senior Vice President of DonorSearch AI and Brian Crimmins, MBA, Senior Advisor of Changing our World.

Nathan Chappell and Brian Crimmins will present: Conquer the Generosity Crisis Through Radical Connection. This keynote presentation will discuss the changing nature of charitable giving, shedding light on the unprecedented competition for connection facing modern nonprofit organizations.

The purpose of the Rocco Forum on Philanthropy is to inspire interest and engagement in philanthropic endeavors that positively impact people’s lives whether in our local communities or around the world. The Rocco Forum on Philanthropy encourages guests of all professional backgrounds to attend. Lunch will be provided and included as part of your registration fee. Rocco Forum on Philanthropy will take place from 11:30AM to 1:00PM. Rocco Forum on Philanthropy is provided by a partnership between The Community Foundation of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County and Rotary Club of Harrisonburg.

After the keynote Rocco Forum on Philanthropy presentation, Nathan and Brian will offer a smaller nonprofit workshop just for nonprofit leaders, one hour following the event starting at 2:00PM. Their workshop will be a deeper dive into the keynote topic discussed during the Rocco Forum on Philanthropy. The Community Foundation highly encourages nonprofit leaders to attend both! The nonprofit workshop is presented by Nathan Chappell and Brian Crimmins, and is provided by The Community Foundation of Harrisonburg and Rockingham County's initiative, Excellence in Nonprofit Leadership. The workshop will be from 2:00PM to 4:00PM.
