Join an amazing local Chiropractor, Taylor, as she guides you through a 1 hour workshop where you will learn foundational movements to help rehab and strengthen your core and pelvic floor. She brings it back to the basics by using movements that have been studied by those who study childhood development. Somewhere along the way poor posture, repetitive movement patterns and sidedness lead to dysfunction and ultimately pain. You will leave this workshop with a few key movements to incorporate into your daily life and into your pre-workout routine. She will also touch on common conditions that she sees in the postpartum population and ways to prevent these from cropping up. Babies are welcome!
