MRL 90th Birthday Celebration

Join us for a celebration of 90 years of the library!

Saturday, November 17th @ 1 PM
@ Central Library, Downtown Harrisonburg

Cake, refreshments, games for the kids, and a pop-up museum full of library memorabilia and relics will be available.

We will also be launching "Century of Stories," an oral history project exploring the role, place, and idea of MRL in our community. This project will collect stories about MRL from community members, both young and old, throughout Rockingham and Page Counties and the City of Harrisonburg. We are interested in your memories and recollections, and we will gather and record stories over the next decade as we count down to MRL’s 100th birthday in 2028.
