Registration Opens: Wednesday, May 1, 2019

  • Log in to our online recruiting platform Handshake.
  • Navigate to the ?Fairs? tab on the left and search ?Employer Drive-In Conference 2019.?
  • Consult the Handshake Help Center?s How to Register for a Career Fair instructions for further information.

  • Please note that we are only able to accept credit card as method of payment. Any payments sent via check will unfortunately be returned.

Engage with our panelists as they discuss ethical considerations in diversity recruiting, signaling a commitment to inclusion in your on-campus presence, and tips for connecting with identity-based student populations. Our JMU liaisons to diverse student groups will be joined by Cathy Welsh, Attorney at Law, as they discuss how employers can express their intent to hire diversely within the parameters of EEOC and reverse discrimination laws. Learn how you can apply this knowledge as you craft your job postings, plan on-campus events, conduct interviews, and interact with JMU students on and off campus.
