This session will explain contract fundamentals and offer example contact language that should be included in all Virginia business contracts. Discussion on different types of contracts: client contracts, vendor contracts, purchase contracts, and employment contracts, as well as other contracts. Also, how to collect debts owed the business and the rights creditors have in Virginia.

Quinton Callahan, Attorney, Clark & Bradshaw, P.C., has been practicing law in Harrisonburg with Clark & Bradshaw since 2014.
