Join multi-championship Pitmaster Sterling Smith and take your Grilling and Smoking Skills to Professional Levels. You will learn to make an array of irresistible food on the Green Mountain Pellet Grill. All grill types are welcome and will learn from this class: Wood Pellets, Gas, Charcoal, etc.

Sterling is known internationally as an authority on wood fire cooking, specializing in all your competition favorites; Beef, pork, chicken as well as lamb.
