Office Space Available at The Plecker Center

The Community Foundation has office space available for lease at the Plecker Center for Community Philanthropy, located at 317 S Main Street, Harrisonburg, VA 22801. Tenant must be a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Nonprofit tenants have access to conference rooms on both the main floor and second floor, and common area (kitchenette, bath etc.). Rent would include phone, internet services, electric, heating, landscaping, maintenance, and garbage collections. The building has a security system. Please contact us for further information.
