Regional Property Management Company Wins National Recognition
Winchester, VA – Local property management leader Coldwell Banker Premier was recently ranked #6 in the nation for tenants placed and #9 for leased rental listings for 2021. This honor was bestowed as a part of a new initiative from the real estate industry publication giant, RealTrends in partnership with Rent Spree. Coldwell Banker Premier has 16 offices across the Mid-Atlantic and offers short- and long-term rental management, as well as seasonal, commercial, and homeowners’ association management services.
This is the 3rd time in 2022 that the company, led by founder and CEO Steve DuBrueler, has appeared on a RealTrends ranking list. This first time, they were ranked as the 43rd largest Coldwell Banker franchise in the country, then subsequently, the company’s COO, Stephen Meadows, was honored as an “Emerging Leader.” Coldwell Banker Premier’s property management division is based on Winchester, VA, and is managed by Ashley Crabill and Laura Jones.
