New Dining Write-off: Business owners will receive a 100% deduction for any qualifying business meals.

Thanks to recent legislation, your business can now deduct 100% of food or beverages “provided by a restaurant” for entertaining clients from now through January 1, 2023.

Did you know that Congress recently passed a Temporary Allowance of Full Deduction for Business that now allows businesses to be able to deduct 100% of food and beverages “provided by a restaurant” instead of the previous allowance of 50%.

Let’s show Congress that this legislation, which was designed to help and benefit both the restaurant industry and small businesses, was a sound decision, so that they are encouraged to extend the legislation beyond 2023.
