Franklin, West Virginia – Earlier this summer, Pendleton Community Bank (PCB) acquired three financial centers in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. Now, the organization will continue its growth by launching a Dealer Finance Division. The community bank is thrilled to announce the addition of Jason Blosser, Dealer Finance Manager, to oversee the auto lending portfolio throughout the financial institution’s West Virginia and Virginia footprint.

Jason brings a strong professional background to PCB. He began his career in the retail auto industry in 2000 moving shortly thereafter into retail auto finance. He then landed a position managing a small consumer finance company and went on to launch two different indirect auto lending divisions. He has been in the community banking sector since 2006. “

Jason has played a central role in the development and implementation of our Dealer Finance Division,” said Neil Hayslett, EVP & Chief Banking Officer. “This service will allow PCB to better serve our community and customers, and Jason’s experience and guidance have been an incredible asset. We look forward to providing indirect auto lending services to our West Virginia and Virginia communities.”

“I am excited to launch a Dealer Finance Division for a growing bank that truly puts community first,” said Jason Blosser. “For some consumers, a dealer loan might be the introduction to PCB, and I am committed to ensuring we make a good first impression. We want to build a relationship with our clients and do what is right by them. Along life’s journey, it’s our goal to be Your Bank for Generations.”

Outside the office, Jason is an active community member. He serves on the Board of Directors for Shen-Paco Industries, Inc. and volunteers with Racine Multi Sports, a company that brings several events to the Shenandoah Valley annually that provide an economic boost to the region. Jason currently resides in Page County with his wife, Kimberly, and their three dogs.
