HARRISONBURG — Elizabeth McNeal has been named Park View Federal Credit Union’s director of strategic marketing, according to a credit union press release. Mc-Neal will be responsible for leading PVFCU’s communications, market research, brand management and public relations initiatives, according to the release. McNeal earned her undergraduate degree from Bridgewater College and a Masters of Business Administration from Eastern Mennonite University. She and her family reside in Dayton. Established in 1969, Park View Federal Credit Union is a not- for- profit, member-owned cooperative offering financial services in five branch locations in the Harrisonburg and Rockingham County.
