Local Realtor Receives Management Award

HARRISONBURG — A local real estate professional has been selected as the state’s top property manager.
Steven Stein, senior property manager of Mountain Valley Property Management, received the Ann Swearingen Property Manager of the Year Award, according to a press release.
The Virginia Realtors association presented Stein the award during
its annual convention on Sept. 26 in Norfolk.
It is given “to the industry’s highest achieving association members engaged in the field of residential property management,” the release says.
A licensed Realtor since 1979, Stein opened Mountain Valley Property Management in Harrisonburg in 2004.
