Local Authors Wes & Cindy Dove of Dove Development & Consulting Selected Into Top 20 Of Leading Human Behavior Experts

Local authors Wes and Cindy Dove of Dove Development & Consulting were selected by Master DISC Trainer, Chris Rollins in the top 20 of leading human behavior experts across the country, inviting them to be collaborative authors of a newly released book, Discover Your Team’s Potential: Proven Principles To Help Engage Your Team & Improve Performance.
Prior to founding Dove Development & Consulting, Wes and Cindy Dove developed strong professional resumes while working in both large corporations and small, family-owned businesses. In addition to extensive work in behavior-based safety throughout North America, Wes held responsibility for safety compliance, human resources, and personnel development in multiple industries.
During Cindy’s two and a half decades in the healthcare field, she held responsibility for operations, hospice, and sales. By applying a foundation of leadership and effective workplace communication principles, Cindy created high levels of success for the companies she served.
Today, both are Executive Directors with The John Maxwell Team and serve on that organization’s President’s Advisory Council. They’re Certified Human Behavior Consultants through Personality Insights, and contributing authors for the book Discovering Your Team’s Potential – Proven Principles To Help Engage Your Team & Improve Performance.
On Thursday, July 11, they are celebrating their book launch with the community by holding a local Ribbon Cutting event with the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Chamber of Commerce and HoneyBaked Ham Harrisonburg.
