LENHART PETTIT ELECTS THREE NEW SHAREHOLDERS

Lenhart Pettit proudly announces that Brian A. Craddock, Seth J. Ragosta and Andrew B. Stockment were elected shareholders of the firm effective January 1, 2018.
 
Brian Craddock concentrates his practice on business transactions, advising business clients at all stages and specifically focusing on entity formation; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; regulatory compliance; and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. He has significant experience advising clients in heavily-regulated industries, including beverage, clinical trials, healthcare and government subcontracting.
 
Brian is a Charlottesville native and joined the firm in 2009 after graduating cum laude from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University, where he served on the Mercer Law Review. He was recently selected to the Virginia Rising Star list for 2017 by Super Lawyers Magazine.
 
Seth Ragosta focuses his practice on family law and commercial litigation. His work in family law includes all issues related to separation or divorce matters including division of assets, custody and support. His litigation experience centers on contract disputes, property boundary issues and will contests. Seth has trial experience before state and federal courts as well as all levels of appellate courts. Seth also has represented clients in government regulatory and criminal investigations, subpoena responses and white collar defense.
 
Seth joined the firm and returned to Charlottesville in 2013 after practicing in Boston, Massachusetts for several years. Seth is a Double Hoo, graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2008. Seth is currently the President of the Thomas Jefferson Inn of Court and serves on the Executive Board of the VBA Young Lawyers Division. Seth was honored with the Emerson G. Spies Award for service to The Virginia Bar Association in 2016. Seth has also been selected to the Virginia Rising Star list by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2016 to 2017.
 
Andrew Stockment focuses his practice on intellectual property and technology, cybersecurity and data privacy, and corporate and business law. He guides clients through the formation, operation, purchase, finance, and sale of businesses and the development, protection, and

 
licensing of their intellectual property and technology assets. Andrew counsels clients regarding information governance and data security and privacy issues, and he assists organizations with cybersecurity incident response and data breach notification compliance.
 
Andrew joined the firm and returned to Charlottesville in 2013 after practicing in Danville, Virginia for several years. He graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2009, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law Review. He is active in The Virginia Bar Association and currently serves on the VBA Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law Section Council and the VBA Board of Governors, and he is the Chair-Elect of the VBA Young Lawyers Division. Andrew frequently publishes and speaks on intellectual property, technology, and cybersecurity issues, and he has been selected to the Virginia Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2013 to 2017.
