INDY PASS EXPANDS COALITION TO 44 INDEPENDENT RESORTS
88 days of skiing at more resorts than any other pass in North America for just $199
MASSANUTTEN, VA -- Organizers of the Indy Pass announced the addition of ten new resorts since it’s launch in August and now provides two days at each of 44 resorts - 88 days of skiing - for just $199. It now offers more resorts in North America than any other multi-mountain pass, once of which includes the local Massanutten Resort.
New resorts include:
Sunrise Park, AZ; Caberfae Peaks, MI; Shanty Creek, MI; Swiss Valley, MI; Cannonsburg, MI; Powder Ridge, MN; Terry Peak, SD; Shawnee Mountain, PA; Mohawk Mountain, CT; Ober Gatlinburg, TN
“When The Indy Pass concept was created, we knew immediately that it was something we wanted to be a part of. Not only is it an inexpensive option for skiers and riders wishing to experience over 43 resorts in our region and across the country, but it’s also a big opportunity for like-minded independent resorts like us here at Massanutten and we’re thrilled to add it to our existing season pass offerings,” said Kenny Hess, director of sports and safety at Massanutten Resort, VA.
Indy Pass resorts are all independently owned and provide affordable recreation and welcoming atmospheres for beginners and experts alike. Not only are lift tickets less expensive but lodging, lessons, and rentals are also value priced so families and individuals can enjoy more of their favorite winter sport. Less crowding on the slopes of these authentic and historic hills also makes for more time on the snow and less time in lift lines.
“In this era of corporate consolidation 44 resorts is proves there’s demand for a new pass that represents these authentic family owned and independent ski areas.” said Doug Fish, president of the Indy Pass. “Not only is the industry embracing the concept but consumers are as well. We’re seeing brisk sales to a wide range of skiers from young families and
ocassionals to hardcore riders and retirees who want to explore some new moutains.”
With 14 resorts in the Midwest and nine in New England, skiers and riders in those regions now have an amazing selection of hidden gems to discover. The Pacfic Northwest is another region with a high concentration of rugged independents that offer some of the best snow and terrain in North America.
The Indy Pass now has more resorts in North America than any other multi-resort pass.
If purchased before October 16th at IndySkiPass.com buyers can make three payments of just $66.33 and pay no interest.
