Escapes Spa Ribbon-Cutting Set

HARRISONBURG — The Harrisonburg- Rockingham Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4 p.m. June 26 at Escapes Spa, 21 Southgate Court, Suite 102.

Formerly known as Escapes Mini Day Spa, the business was purchased recently by Lou Botkin, a Hispanic entrepreneur. The business provides massage and bodywork; nail, hair and skin care; brow and eyelash services; hair removal; exfoliating scrubs; spray tanning; and henna tattoos.

Botkin said she’s trying to expand her business to serve more Hispanic clients.
