Brown Edwards Named to Forbes Best Accounting Firms in America List
For the second year in a row, Brown Edwards has been named a 2022 Best Accounting Firm in America by Forbes.
The list identifies 223 firms across the United States, from the approximated 4,400 recommendations considered, who are most recommended for their tax and/or accounting services. Brown Edwards is one of eight Virginia firms on the list.

For the third year in a row, Forbes partnered with market research company Statista, who distributed surveys to various tax and accounting professionals, including CPAs, enrolled agents, tax lawyers, accountants and CFOs. Survey participants were asked to name up to ten firms for tax and ten firms for accounting that they would recommend if their company were not able to take on a client. Participants who worked in a company on the client side, were asked to do the same for firms they would recommend based on their professional experience during the last three years. The firms who received the most recommendations were included on the list (self-recommendations were not considered). The full list of winners is listed on the Forbes website in alphabetical order.
