(Harrisonburg, VA—November 8, 2017) Harrisonburg authors Don and Lois Crawford will be on hand to launch and sign their newly published sales training book, Secrets of the Softer Side of Selling, Second Edition, on Tuesday, December 5, 2017, from 5 pm-7pm at Hess Financial, 380 East Market Street, Harrisonburg. The event is free and open to the public.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS:
A successful salesman, sales manager and business owner, Donald S. Crawford, P.E., understands the selling process. His experience comes from more than 45 years of working in both large and small companies, selling technically complex products to businesses. He holds Masters in Business Administration from University of Missouri at Kansas City and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (electrical engineering) from Virginia Military Institute.
 
Lois Carter Crawford, APR, has more than 35 years of entrepreneurial experience as a business owner, writer, editor, marketing communications, and public relations professional. She works with small business owners and managers to help them with their communications needs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (psychology) from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She also passed the intensive exam given by the Public Relations Society of America in 2002 to become an accredited public relations professional (APR).
